The master-planned community is comprised of nearly 800 acres and will include 775 homes. The homesites will range from a little under a ¼ acre to just over an acre.

WILL THERE BE ANY TOWNHOMES OR MULTI-FAMILY UNITS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY?

In the Transition Policy Area, zoning does not allow for housing types other than single-family homes.

IN WHICH CITY/ZIP CODE WILL HARTLAND BE LOCATED?

New homes at Hartland have an Aldie mailing address, 20105.

WHAT ARE THE ZONED SCHOOLS FOR HARTLAND?

The majority of Hartland is zoned for Elaine E Thompson Elementary School, Mercer Middle School and John Champe High School. A small portion of Hartland off Route 50 is zoned for Goshen Post Elementary, Willard Middle School and Lightridge High School. We always recommend checking with LCPS as the zoning can change from year to year.

WHAT WILL THE HOA FEES BE AND WHAT WILL THEY COVER?

The HOA monthly fee of $231 covers the use and maintenance of all Hartland amenities, Verizon gig-speed internet, lifestyle programming and events, community reserves and other HOA-related expenses, the maintenance and landscaping of common areas, and trash and recycling pickup.

IS HARTLAND A DARK SKY COMMUNITY?

Hartland submits to the “Dark Sky” philosophy and limits the amount of light pollution throughout the community wherever possible.
